It's that time of year! Comfort food is always on the menu, and this was a recipe that came from me not being able to decide between chili or pasta. So, I combined them both to create this yummy combo. The best part is that it tastes 100% homemade, but there are some easy short cuts like rotisserie chicken to make it "week-night ready".

Here is the super easy recipe for you to try! Also here are a few quick tips to make sure you get it right every single time.
Cut up your Rotisserie Chicken before you get started. You will have left overs.
Make sure to use Tony Chachere's, and thank me later. This is a spice I use in almost everything, and its a great way to add a ton of flavor. In my mind it's salt, pepper, and TONY.
On Step 6, make sure to give your chili about 5 minutes to cool down a little before you add the cream.
Let me know how you like it. Make sure to tag me if you take a picture!
